Getting Started
- Choose a mode (e.g., Problems, Speed) and start a session.
- Track progress on the Results/Statistics page.
- Activate Premium to unlock advanced modes.
Quick Troubleshooting
- Close/restart the app if the screen appears frozen.
- Check your connection if purchases are not showing up.
- Ensure you are signed in with the correct Apple/Google ID.
Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
iOS (App Store) — subscription management is handled through your Apple account:
- Open Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Select BigBrain and modify/cancel the subscription.
Android (Google Play) — via the Google Play app > Account > Payments & subscriptions.
Refunds and billing are managed by Apple/Google according to their respective policies.
