General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern access to and use of the web-app Tarots Universels, published by Dahu Wake Family Sàrl.

Tarots Universels is a tool for enlightenment and symbolic reflection, based on tarot, with no divinatory, predictive, or therapeutic character.


2. Access to the service

Access to the service requires:

  • the creation of a user account
  • acceptance of these GTCS
  • the purchase of credits (tokens) via Stripe to access paid features

The user is responsible for the information provided during registration.

2 bis. Access reserved for adults

The service Tarots Universels is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 or over.

By creating an account and using the platform, the user declares:

  • to be at least 18 years old
  • to have the necessary legal capacity to enter into a contract

Tarots Universels is not intended for minors and does not knowingly collect data regarding persons under 18 years of age.


3. Payment methods

Payments are made exclusively via Stripe, a secure payment provider.

  • Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros depending on the interface.
  • The company Dahu Wake Family Sàrl does not store any sensitive banking data.
  • Transactions are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.


4. Token system

4.1 Operation

Tarots Universels currently operates via a system of tokens providing access to readings and interpretations.

Tokens:

  • are consumed with each use of the service
  • are personal and non-transferable
  • have no monetary value
  • cannot be resold or exchanged

4.2 No refunds

Purchased tokens are neither refundable nor exchangeable, even in the event of partial non-use.


5. Evolution towards subscriptions

Tarots Universels may later offer subscription plans providing access to specific features or a defined volume of uses.

These subscriptions will be subject to:

  • a clear description at the time of their implementation
  • recurring billing
  • specific terms specified at the time of subscription

The user will remain free to subscribe or not.


6. Cookies and trackers

Tarots Universels uses various types of cookies and similar technologies to ensure the proper functioning of the service, measure audience, and improve the user experience.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the technical functioning of the platform and cannot be disabled.

Dahu Wake Family Sàrl reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of:

  • attempted misuse of the service
  • non-compliance with these GTCS


9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTCS are subject to Swiss law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva.


Privacy Policy

We place particular importance on the protection of your personal and symbolic data.

Data of minors

Tarots Universels is a service reserved for adults (18 years and older).

No personal data of minors is intentionally collected.
If data concerning a minor were collected by mistake, it would be deleted as soon as possible upon simple request.

This data allows for the creation of your personal history (Grimoire).

The data is used only to:

  • provide the Tarots Universels service
  • personalize the user experience

Data is hosted on Google Firebase (Firestore), Railway and protected by:

  • secure access
  • encrypted exchanges (HTTPS)
